What kind of country...

bitches at it's leader for telling kids about their responsibilities? Or telling kids that they are the ones who will invent the new iphone, cure cancer and AIDS, and fight poverty and discrimination?

"Thinking about my kids in school having to listen to that just really upsets me," suburban Colorado mother Shanneen Barron told CNN Denver affiliate KMGH. "I'm an American. They are Americans, and I don't feel that's OK. I feel very scared to be in this country with our leadership right now." Terrifying, indeed, the suggestion that people whose parents are not college educated might be able to work towards that goal.

Surburban Colorado mother Shanneen Barron can bite me.

But then here in the UK we have this delightful gentleman not only lecturing at, but also leading Buckingham University, whose moronic misogyny makes me want to vomit. So who are we to judge?

  1. That's a little harsh on Birmingham, it was Buckingham. Unless of course there's something we should be told.
