Miss is "well safe"

My teacher friend heard one of her year 10 students (as they passed in the corridor) say so.

I gather this is a good thing. Although you never know. I used "random" the other day in a GCSE class. Shocked silence for a moment, before "Miss, how'd you know about random?" and "she aint usin it properly, she must mean in some adult way innit" and "nah, she aint that ancient is she? miss, do you have msn?"
